Local Priorities Violent crime Message

I wanted to provide you an update regarding Violent crime, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

At around 21:00hrs on Monday, 7 July officers were called by the London Ambulance Service to an incident in Tanfield Avenue, NW2.

Officers attended the scene alongside paramedics and found a 30-year-old man with gunshot wounds.

The man was taken to hospital where his injuries were deemed not to be life-changing or life-threatening.

No arrests have been made at this time and a crime scene remains in place while officers continue to investigate.
